Description

Develop, implement, and manage demand forecasts for the product line
Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to gather and analyse data
Streamline supply chain processes to optimise operational efficiencies
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products
Maintain robust inventory levels to meet demand without excess
Present demand forecasts regularly to stakeholders and senior management
Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies
Contribute to the continuous improvement initiatives within the departmentProfile

A successful Demand Planner should have:

A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large data sets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in demand planning software and other related IT systems
A deep understanding of supply chain management in the industrial manufacturing sector
