Pay: £21 per hr + company van
Temp-to-Perm Opportunity: £21 per hour on a temp basis, moving to £36,000 per year when permanent

Are you an experienced Roofer / Multi-Trader looking for a rewarding temp-to-perm role with the stability of a full-time salary?
We have an excellent opportunity for a skilled Roofer / Multi-Trader to join a well-established company working on social housing contracts.

As the Roofer / Multi-Trader, you will enjoy:

£21 per hr during the temp period (self-employed or PAYE)
A permanent salary of up to £36,000 upon successful placement
The opportunity to work with a reputable company on essential social housing contracts
Van and fuel card supplied by the company
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Roof repair, maintenance, and installation
General property maintenance within social housing properties
Ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction in occupied residences
Requirements:

Experience in roofing and multi-trade tasks (bathroom fitting experience preferred)
Previous experience in social housing maintenance preferred
