What You’ll Do:

Maximise Supplier Value: Cultivate strong supplier relationships and negotiate competitive terms, securing discounts, rebates, and preferred pricing that align with our ambitious targets.

Drive Cost Efficiency: Extract tangible cost savings across our third-party overheads, directly contributing to business growth.

Mitigate Supply Chain Risks: Collaborate with the Operations Director to maintain SLA adherence above 95% while resolving escalated issues swiftly and effectively.

Partner with Key Suppliers: Lead weekly discussions with top-tier suppliers, presenting actionable insights and opportunities for strategic improvement to senior management.

Expand Supplier Networks: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-value suppliers. Evaluate their potential through rigorous financial and operational metrics, providing compelling recommendations to the CFO.

Inspire and Lead: Manage a high-performing procurement team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and professional growth.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in procurement leadership, ideally within telecoms/tech sectors.

Expertise in managing procurement teams in fast-paced SME environments.

Familiarity with vendor partner programs.

Knowledge of Ofcom legislation

Bonus points for a professional procurement qualification e.g. CIPS, or experience with Cisco partner programs (or equivalents like Extreme, Fortinet, Forescout).
