SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Printing off latest site drawings for site team.

* Ensuring superseded ones are discarded while notifying the site engineer they have been updated.

* Populating the drawing rack accordingly.

* Filing and uploading of all site delivery dockets.

* Printing content for and populating site folders (including subcontractor RAMs, approved drawings etc).

* Preparing site meeting room for client or other meetings where required.

* Recording minutes of site meetings (Autodesk Construction Cloud system).

* Ensuring site sign in and out log is being filled in correctly.

* Tracking and ordering general site office supplies when needed.

* Preparing visitor PPE (stock on site).

* General admin duties – laminating/printing when required.

* Maintaining a holiday tracker for the site team (to be set up on project SharePoint).

* Training matrix and when training is nearly out of date.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Proven experience (1-3 years) in project administration or a similar role, preferably within an construction environment.

* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

* Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
