Job Title: Commercial Manager (QS/Estimator)
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid Available)
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum
The Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Manager with a background in Quantity Surveying and Estimation to take full commercial ownership of projects from cradle to grave. This role offers the chance to oversee all financial and contractual aspects from initial tendering through to final account settlement, ensuring maximum profitability and efficiency.
Key Requirements:

Proven experience managing commercial aspects of fit-out or construction projects from start to finish.
Strong cost control, contract negotiation, and financial forecasting skills.
Excellent understanding of JCT and other contract types.
Ability to work independently and proactively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Relevant professional qualifications (RICS, CIOB) are desirable. What’s on Offer?
