About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join our dynamic team on a full-time, long-term basis. This role offers a competitive salary of £160-£210 per day and is set to start ASAP. The position is a replacement for a teacher who is transitioning to a new role, making this an exciting opportunity to bring fresh energy and ideas to our KS1 team.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our KS1 students. With a class size of around 25 children, you will create an engaging and supportive classroom environment that fosters a love of learning. The role is full-time, and you will have the chance to shape the educational journey of young learners during these crucial years.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience in KS1.

• A passion for teaching and a genuine interest in nurturing young minds.

• Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and students.

• Experience or a willingness to work with students with SEND and create an inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of KS1 students.

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued.

• Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure each child reaches their full potential.

• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive educational experience.

• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child’s progress and school activities.
