Are you an experienced Injection Moulding Technician looking to take the next step in your career? My client, a leading player in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a skilled technician to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art injection moulding machinery and contribute to the production of high-quality plastic components.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate injection moulding machines for efficient production runs
Monitor and optimise the injection moulding process to ensure consistent quality
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with machinery during production
Perform regular maintenance on injection moulding machines to avoid downtime
Ensure all products meet stringent quality control standards
Collaborate with the production and quality teams to continuously improve the moulding process
Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment

Essential Skills & Experience:

Previous experience as an Injection Moulding Technician
Strong understanding of injection moulding processes and machinery
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and improve production efficiency
Knowledge of different plastic materials and common moulding defects
Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets
Willingness to work shifts if necessary
