Job Title: Automotive Assembler

Hours: core hours 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Monday to Thursday (7:00 to 16:00) and Friday (07:00 to 13:00).

Overtime: regular OT available – paid at time and a half

Location: Dartford, Kent

Benefits: 22 days annual leave (rising to maximum 27 days with service),

Automotive Assembler Role

Each individual car is hand assembled by one person and their name is proudly displayed on a plaque under the bonnet.

Automotive Assembler skills and experience:

* Previous mechanical assembly experience preferred

* Positive ‘can do’ attitude

* Ability to follow processes and procedures

* A great eye for detail, with high standards of workmanship

* Build customer cars to exceptionally high quality standards

* Learn and develop a variety of assembly techniques and skill sets

* Maintain required build records and documentation

* Achieve and improve targeted output levels

* Upkeep of allocated build bay, equipment and tools (5S)

* Adopt and follow the company’s health and safety procedures
