Hours: Flexible, no weekends typically an 8:30 – 3:30 day
Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain valuable teaching experience in your local area? Simply Education is seeking passionate and enthusiastic ECTs to provide day-to-day, short-term, and long-term cover for our Primary and Special Needs schools in Shrewsbury and the surrounding areas.

Your Responsibilities as an ECT:
Create a fun and engaging classroom environment where all pupils feel valued and supported.
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across a variety of subjects.
Scaffold learning to cater to individual learning needs, ensuring all pupils thrive.
Follow the school's behaviour policy and establish clear expectations within your classroom.
