Customer Service Executive

Luton

Based Monday to Friday on site.

Salary £25k to £27k

Our client is a well established and growing company, currently looking for a passionate customer service candidate to join the in-house team. In return for a competitive salary and benefits. Based on site Monday to Friday! Free parking!

Your duties would be.

Managing a portfolio of properties.
Dealing with inbound and outbound calls
Working closely with external clients such as landlords and contractors
Coordinating repairs or work
Updating in-house data base
General admin

Skills we are looking for -

Previous experience within property desirable
Strong customer service skills
Ability to prioritise workloads.
Team player
Organised
Good IT Skills
