Position: Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) – Duty
Band: 6
Location: Manchester
Duration: 3 months (with potential for extension)
Schedule: Full-time Days
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: £25 per hour
What You'll Be Doing: As a dedicated mental health nurse specializing in community care, you'll play a crucial role in supporting and improving patient well-being. Here’s a glimpse into your day-to-day:

Patient Visits: Conduct home visits to ensure patients' needs are met and provide ongoing support.
Medication Management: Administer medication on schedule to address patients' needs effectively.
Patient Interaction: Engage with patients to understand their conditions and tailor care plans, monitoring their progress and addressing any setbacks.
Risk Assessment: Perform risk assessments to ensure a safe environment and minimize risks to patients and those around them.
What We’re Looking For:

NMC Registration: Active registration as a mental health nurse.
Community Experience: Proven experience in community settings.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and ability to thrive under pressure.
Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed.
