Key Skills and Experience:
** Experience providing software / hardware support
** Knowlegde of Access Control systems
** Microsoft Windows OS
** Windows Server
** IT Networking Knowledge - TCP/IP
** MS Access
** MS-SQL (Management Studio)

As a key player on their technical support team (access control), your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:
