gap healthcare are looking for Support Workers to help support individuals with challenging behaviours and learning disabilities in Southend-on-Sea. If you are passionate about supporting individuals with learning disabilities and promoting their independence, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours.
Assist with personal care, daily tasks, and activities.
Help manage challenging behaviours using positive support techniques.
Encourage independence and community involvement.
Work as part of a team and liaise with family and professionals.

What We Are Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of experience within a supported living environment.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
