Senior FP&A Manager

Are you an experienced finance professional ready to make a real impact? We’re seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and performance reporting at a pivotal time. 
 
The Role
You’ll drive financial transformation, enhance reporting, and support strategic decision-making. Leading a team of two analysts, you’ll deliver insightful financial analysis to ExCo, the Board, and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
 
Key Responsibilities

Lead monthly management reporting for ExCo, Board, and stakeholders.
Manage cashflow forecasting and the cost efficiency programme.
Partner with Finance Business Partners to drive insightful performance analysis.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Develop self-service financial reporting, leveraging Power BI.
Engage with senior stakeholders, providing clear financial narratives.
Continuously improve financial processes and reporting systems. What We’re Looking For

CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
Strong experience in FP&A, performance reporting, and financial planning.
Proven ability to engage and influence at Executive and Board level.
Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI (SAP FPT experience desirable). Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 (depending on experience)
