About the Role:
As a Sous Chef, you'll be part of a passionate team delivering exceptional dining experiences. Your key responsibilities include:Creating and executing high-quality, innovative dishes

Supporting the Head Chef in daily operations and team management

Ensuring compliance with Food Handling & Hygiene standards

Managing stock and supplies while controlling waste

Upholding Health & Safety regulations
