This includes managing Employee Relations (ER) casework, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

* Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances with impartiality and confidentiality.

* Stay current with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an HR generalist with a focus on managing ER casework.

* Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

* HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) preferred.

* Prior experience in a professional services environment is advantageous.
