Chapman Tate Associates seeks Infor Syteline focussed Business Systems Analyst join an established and internationally based Engineering outfit. The ERP Support Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of their Enterprise Resource Planning ERP) system based on Infor Syteline (also known as Infor Cloudsuite Industrial).

Job Description:

My clients seeks a skilled and motivated Syteline ERP Business Systems Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing business systems solutions to optimize their ERP processes. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring our Syteline ERP system meets the evolving needs within their business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.

* Configure and customize Syteline ERP modules to align with business processes.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues.

* Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and configurations.

* Provide training and support to end-users to enhance system utilization.

* Conduct regular system audits and implement improvements to ensure data integrity and system efficiency.

Experience required:

* Proven experience with Syteline ERP system implementation and support.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
