Job Title: Java Developer - ICT Department (NHS Project)
Contract: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Service Care Solutions is proud to assist the NHS in recruiting a skilled Java Developer for a key project within the healthcare sector. This role will involve working on the development, support, and maintenance of Java-based applications used by hospitals for clinical audit data submissions and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Java-based applications using a customised open-source framework
Provide technical expertise in software development, including installation, configuration, and solution design
Lead the design and implementation of software solutions that support critical NHS services
Offer third-line user support and collaborate with the technical team
Ensure systems architecture and solution implementation are robust and secure
Transfer knowledge and mentor junior developers within the teamEssential Requirements:

Proven experience in Java development, systems architecture, and software design
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative
