Salary: Band 5: £29,970 - £36,483 per annum + benefits

Role overview:

As a Band 5 nurse within Paediatric, you'll play an integral role in providing high quality care and helping oversee the unit and provide clinic leadership and supervision.

You'll evaluate, plan, and execute care programs - confidently
Provide leadership to your team, serving as a role model for other staff
Supervise students, junior nurses, and other team membersThe Ideal Candidate:

RSCN/RN Child with current NMC registration
Minimum of 6 months post-registration experience in any paediatric setting
Ability to calculate drug dosages
Understanding of holistic care
Awareness of evidence based practice.Benefits:
