Customer Service Support - Banbury £22k plus commission
Due to our clients busy and expanding they are seeking an additional Customer Service Support member to join their team.
About the company:
Our client is the UK’s largest manufacturer in their field, offering innovative, eco-friendly solutions to the construction industry
Responsibilities:
* Responding to customer queries
* Building relationships with customers and delivering outstanding customer service
* Estimating materials required to complete jobs
* Organising and send out samples for customers
* Generating quotations and process orders for new and existing customers
* Updating the company’s administrative online system (CRM)
* Enquiry follow up via phone and email.
Candidates

* be a well-organised team player
* be able to work under pressure
* be able to build relationships with customers
* be experienced working within a high paced office environment
* have a good level of excel skills
Package
* Up to £22,000 annual salary + (OTE bonus between 5k-10k per annum)
* WPA Cash Plan
* 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
* Pension
* Regular company social events
* 9am to 5pm – Monday to Thursday. 9am to 2.30pm on Friday
