About the client:

My client is a residential/ Nursing care home offering elderly and dementia care services in Crawley

My client offers 24hour care for residents, priding themselves on delivering an exceptional service. They work closely with the local community and feature a library, delicious home-made meals and a great outdoor space

About the role:

You will be working at the frontline, delivering an excellent example of care to the residents. Supporting them with all aspects of daily living. No day is the same and all residents have different personal needs. You will set an example by treating everyone with kindness and compassion. Some duties will include helping wash and dress the residents, interacting with the residents and getting to know them and their interests, attending hospital appointments and more.

About you:

As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will be:

Compassionate

Have a positive, can-do attitude

Honest and reliable

Polite with great communication skills, written and verbal

Skills/Education requirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social care
