Here at Deichmann UK, we are looking to appoint a Sales Coordination Assistant to support with the administrative duties in our Sales Coordination team.
You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return will receive an initial salary of £23,000 per annum.
This is an office based role, working from 8.45am - 5.15pm Monday - Thursday, and from 8.45am - 4.30pm on a Friday.
Ideal candidate:
This is a really exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic team player, to begin or progress their career, with an international, successful, market leading retailer.
You will provide timely, high quality, administrative assistance to the sales coordination team, who as well as planning and coordinating corporate events have responsibility for operational communication's to stores; incorporating product, merchandising & visual merchandising information.
You must have good administration skills, be able to show initiative, problem solve and think on your feet.
Alongside this you will be a people person, with an ability to plan and co-ordinate a varied workload, with a passion for delivering an exceptional service to your customers; external suppliers, colleagues based in head office, and in the retail stores.
Key activities:
* Computer literate, Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint at least to intermediate level
* Very well organised with the ability to multi task, prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines.
* Previous experience within an office environment is desirable, but not essential
* Numerate
Personal characteristics:
* Enthusiastic team player
* Great communication skills, both verbal and written
* Good eye for detail
