We are looking for a talented Second Line IT Support Engineer to join the team of a highly respected IT Support Company.
THE ROLE (not an exhaustive list)
- Tackle complex IT issues and manage support tickets with confidence.
- Onsite Support: Administer and maintain client systems, networks, and configurations.
- Perform hardware installations, network cabling, port patching, and manage Wi-Fi networks.
- Replace routers, hubs, and switches, and support meeting room setups, including audio and video equipment.
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong skills in Windows Server/Desktop, Office 365, Azure/AD.
- A solid grasp of Networking and IT security.
