What You’ll Do:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and continued business.

Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions.

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they meet the high standards Simpson Group is known for.

Resolve any client issues swiftly and efficiently, maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer service.

What We Need:

Proven experience in managing key accounts, preferably within the print or a closely related industry.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.

A strategic mindset, capable of identifying growth opportunities and driving business success.

A results-driven approach, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
