Calibre Search are delighted to be working with one of the UK's leading Developers who specialise and offer a unique service in brownfield and land regeneration sites now looking to add a Senior Development Manager to join them in their Manchester office.

Be part of one of the UK's most niche and established Developers as you will play a pivotal role in the planning, management and delivery of their major development sites across their portfolio with a particular focus on the North West.

Ideally, you will be qualified in town planning or surveying (with the MRICS/MRTPI qualification) with extensive experience either from a similar developer or agency. Great role if you fancy challenging yourself with one of the UK's leading developers.

Duties:

Development appraisals, procuring and leading the multidisciplinary, external professional teams
Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies to inform decision-making and project planning.
Contribute to the development of the company's overall development strategy, identifying new opportunities and advising on market trends.
Oversee all stages of the development process, including site acquisition, planning, design, construction, and handover.
Liaising with and reporting to the stakeholders, funders and internal management
Managing the development process of projects within your portfolio
