Are you a Structural Engineer looking for a senior role in a specialist company where you will be a leader and perform a varied and autonomous role, for a close-knit company offering Chartership?

On offer is the opportunity to work withing a structural specialist business being the engineering expertise within the company allowing the current Managing Director to take more of a consultant role.

This is a varied and challenging role within a tight-knit design office where you will be responsible for managing a range of engineering projects and liaising with the directors to create structures that fit the clients' needs.

This company provide Structural solutions for an ever-expanding client base across the UK, including Commercial, Education and Residential and Industrial with a strong culture of continuous learning and progression from within.

This role would suit an experienced Structural Engineer with a breadth of experience looking to become a leader in a specialist growing Engineering Consultancy as they aim to become a market leader.

* Management of projects
* Mentoring junior members of the team
* Leading your team to create structures to meet the clients' needs

The person
* Experienced Structural Engineer
* Geotechnical, Structural or Bridge experience
* Qualification in a relevant discipline, a masters would be an advantage
