? About the Role
As a National Account Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our sales strategy. You'll:
* Drive New Business: Identify and secure new business opportunities from SMEs to large corporations.
* Manage Existing Accounts: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our current clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and growth.
* Generate Leads: Take charge of your own lead generation while also following up on leads from our sales support team.
* Innovate Solutions: Recommend tailored solutions to meet diverse customer needs.
?️ Key Responsibilities
* Hit Targets: Meet and exceed targets for new business revenue, customer meetings, and sales KPIs.
* Communicate Effectively: Maintain regular contact with key decision-makers.
* Forecasting: Provide monthly sales forecasts and reports.
* Sales Development: Drive sales of new product ranges, negotiate contracts, and support promotional plans.
* Customer Care: Ensure our customers receive top-notch service, managing their needs and resolving inquiries swiftly.

* Experience: 5+ years in field sales with a proven track record of winning new business.
* Expertise: Familiarity with selling to Health and Safety professionals and experience in PPE sales.
* Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, excellent time management, and the ability to work independently.
* Drive: A proactive attitude with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
* Flexibility: Willingness to travel and spend some time away from home.

* Sales Targets: Achieve and surpass monthly and annual sales goals.
