We are looking for an experienced Receptionist with strong administration skills to join our team our clients team.. This part-time role will cover 1pm - 5pm and is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy, professional environment and enjoys being the first point of contact for clients.
As a Reception Administrator, you will be the face of our office, providing a warm and efficient welcome to all visitors and callers. You’ll also play a crucial role in supporting our team with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and handling incoming calls promptly.
Managing enquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members.
Organising and booking appointments and meeting rooms.
Handling general administrative duties such as scanning, filing, and typing.
Managing post and deliveries, ensuring everything is logged and distributed correctly.
Supporting with secretarial tasks, including document preparation.
Maintaining a tidy, welcoming reception area and providing exceptional customer service at all times. Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a professional or office setting.
Strong telephone handling skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Competence in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), with a willingness to learn internal systems.
A friendly, approachable manner with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to tasks. Salary: £11,897 per year (part-time, 20 hours per week)
