Part Time Customer Service Advisor – Portsmouth

Salary: Pro Rata £22,500 per annum (based on 37.5 hours per week) (Depending on Age & Experience)

Radiators 4u are seeking dedicated Part-Time Customer Service Agents to join our fast growing friendly team

We pride ourselves on our continued success and looking for a confident person with excellent communication skills, Passionate about helping customers and have the motivation to efficiently handle multiple tasks

16 hours minimum per week is available with shifts on weekdays between 9am & 5pm (Shift Pattern to be discussed at interview)

Responsibilities

*

Inbound/outbound customer service calls

*

Handling general enquiries, returns and complaints

*

Corresponding with Customers over the phone and emails

*

Identify a customer needs and deal with them in a timely manner in accordance with our Service level agreement

*

Dealing with after sale queries and issues

*

Managing all admin from beginning to end relating to the customer communication

*

Data entry into our SAP (in-house) system

*

Managing customers expectations

Candidate Qualities & Experience

*

Call centre or non customer-facing customer service experience essential

*

An excellent telephone manner and clear communication skills, must be both written and verbal.

*

Ability to achieve the best outcome for the customer when faced with obstacles

*

Able to work in a high tempo environment

*

Team player, organised and strong attention to detail.
