Local Authority is looking for an experienced ASB Manager to lead our efforts in resolving ASB issues and improving the quality of life for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team addressing ASB complaints and statutory nuisances, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
Investigate complex cases of ASB and statutory nuisances, including noise complaints, waste management, and environmental issues under the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
Develop and implement strategies to reduce ASB and promote community cohesion.
Collaborate with residents, partner agencies, and enforcement teams to deliver coordinated responses to ASB issues.
Prepare reports, gather evidence, and attend legal proceedings to support enforcement actions under the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 and other relevant legislation.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in ASB management, including handling statutory nuisances under the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to manage complex caseloads and work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
