Senior Quantity Surveyor – Civil Engineering – Drigg – up to £70k + Package

Our client is looking for an experienced Intermediate or Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a £20m heavy civil engineering scheme associated with the nuclear industry which is one of the first schemes of its kind!

This project has started on site and is getting busier by the day, bringing about the requirement for a site based Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor, reporting to a Commercial Manager to manage subcontract packages including procurement, change management, making timely payments and negotiating final accounts. This is being constructed under an NEC3 Option C contract.

Due to the location of the project, local accommodation can be provided as well as a living away allowance – all on top of the generous package on offer. This includes a salary of up to £70k, £5.5k car allowance, 27 days holiday (plus bank holidays) and heavily subsidised private healthcare.
