About the Role

We're looking for a strategic leader who's passionate about quality and continuous improvement, instrumental in shaping and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery across Bromford. Reporting to the Director of Commercial Projects, you'll lead our quality assurance initiatives and drive continuous improvement programmes that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. You'll spearhead our quality framework development, its projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and champion a culture of excellence throughout the organisation.

Working with senior leaders, you'll:

* Drive quality strategy and continuous improvement

* Use data and insights to identify opportunities for enhancement

* Build strong stakeholder relationships at all levels

* Lead programmes that directly impact our customers' lives.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a strategic leader passionate about quality and the social housing sector. You'll need:

* Proven experience in leading quality and improvement initiatives at a senior level

* Deep understanding of the housing sector and its regulatory framework

* Strong track record in implementing successful change programmes

* Experience in developing quality management systems

* Educated to degree level, or equivalent, with relevant project management qualifications or equivalent experience

* A relevant CIH qualification would be desirable or a willingness to complete one

* A full UK driving license

This role also requires a DBS check.
