Job Duties:
Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to primary school students
Adapt teaching methods to cater to the varying needs of students
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Collaborate with other teachers and staff members
Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
Required Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Previous experience teaching primary school students
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong understanding of the primary school curriculum
Effective classroom management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs
Preferred Qualifications:
Postgraduate qualification in Education
Experience in working with diverse student populations
Working Conditions:
Work in a primary school setting in Blackpool, Lancashire
Temporary position with varying hours based on demand
Collaborate with different teaching staff on a rotational basis

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
