S Knights Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for an ESOL Trainer on behalf of an award-winning organisation that prioritises the growth of both learners and colleagues. This full-time role is ideal for an experienced ESOL tutor looking to advance their career, with flexible working hours available. As an ESOL Trainer, you’ll have the opportunity to upskill current ESOL trainers and tutors, guiding them towards achieving the Level 3 ESOL Practitioner qualification.

Roles and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Support learners by delivering the programme on schedule and ensuring course completion
- Follow programme guidelines, creating structured lesson plans and layouts
- Develop engaging and interactive lesson materials tailored to learners’ needs
- Monitor and assess learners’ progress, providing support in areas of learning
- Provide coaching and guidance, particularly in digital and literacy skills
- Track and achieve monthly targets and goals, keeping learner records accurate and current

Experience and Skills:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Level 7 qualification in teaching English language, DELTA, or equivalent
- Degree-level education in a related field (desirable)
- At least two years’ experience in English language teaching, ideally in ESOL
- Experience in delivering webinars and training sessions for teachers
- Strong team-working abilities and professional communication skills
- Proficiency in ICT and an enthusiastic, adaptable approach to work
