We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Comms & IT Service Provider based in the North-West, and we’re seeking a motivated and experienced Channel Account Manager to join a dynamic Sales Team to assist in building relationships, expand partner networks, and drive growth.

What We’re Looking For:

Highly organised, proactive, and ambitious self-starter.
Proven experience as an Account Manager, Channel Account Manager, or similar role.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in telecoms (WLR, Hosted, Broadband)
Solid experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet tight deadlines
Strong customer-focused solutions delivery

Key Responsibilities:

Lead contact for all channel partners
Build and nurture long-lasting partner relationships
Provide onboarding and training to partners and their teams
Communicate product developments and initiatives to partners
Develop new commission structures for channel partners
Maintain accurate data in the company CRM
Manage partner feedback and inquiries
Work to improve the channel partner offering
