The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team. This full-time, long-term position is ideal for aspiring teachers or individuals looking to develop their skills in an educational setting.

Responsibilities:

Supporting teachers in delivering high-quality lessons across various subjects.

Assisting students with their learning, both in class and on a one-to-one basis.

Providing tailored support to students with additional needs.

Helping to create a positive and engaging classroom environment.

Assisting with administrative tasks and lesson preparation.

Encouraging student participation and confidence in learning.

Requirements:

A degree in any subject (minimum 2:2 classification preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A proactive and positive approach to supporting students.

Previous child-based experience is preferred but not required.

A valid DBS certificate on the update service is essential.

Salary:
