Sherburn House is a complex care service, operating 24/7, and we support people with profound learning disabilities and complex physical health needs. We currently have 3 lovely ladies and 6 fantastic gentlemen living with us, ranging from 19 – 60 years old.

We're seeking someone who understands the true power of a fresh, clean environment. Someone who knows that the gleam of a well-polished floor and the sparkle of spotless windows can bring comfort and joy to the people who live here.

Your work will bring smiles, peace of mind, and a sense of well-being to those who need it most.

What You'll Do:

Clean and sanitise resident rooms, bathrooms, communal areas, and offices according to daily schedules.

Perform deep cleaning tasks as required.

Ensure all cleaning supplies are used safely and stored appropriately.

Report any maintenance or repair needs to the management team.

*

Adhere to health and safety regulations, including infection control standards.

*

Maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards residents, staff, and visitors.

What You'll Bring:

Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but your passion and dedication are what really matter. A keen eye for detail, a caring attitude and a commitment to making a difference, the ability to work independently while being a valued member of a supportive team and flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends.
