Our client is currently looking to recruit a Hire Controller to work in a busy depot, based in Hull. The position is a full time permanent role.

Duties will include, but not limited to;

* Answering calls from customers, checking stock & taking orders

* Calling customers to inform of any off hire charges

* Managing customers delivery expectations

* General administration duties

* Checking returned products & report any faults/damages

* General site maintenance and housekeeping duties

The right candidate will have;

* Experience in a similar role

* An excellent approach to customer service

* A pro-active and organised approach

* Experience with Microsoft Office packages

* Full Uk driving licence

* Attention to detail

Hours Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

Salary negotiable depending on experience
