We are delighted to be working with a well-established and nationwide manufacturing business based in Witney who are looking to recruit a Temporary Administrator to assist with the daily running of the busy office.
As the Administrator, you will be working a 37.5 hour week over Monday to Friday in a temporary contract for 2 weeks.
Your roles and responsibilities include:
. Managing meetings and bookings, ensuring the rooms are set up
. Handling all email and telephone enquiries and mail
. Assisting the Business Development Team with secretarial duties
The ideal candidate will have:
. Excellent communication skills
. Good IT skills
. Proactive, organised and professional manner
