The role

Reporting HR Manager in a busy food manufacturing business, you will design and deliver management training. You will be involved with all aspects of training within the business and will have vast knowledge and understand of how a manufacturing facility operates, along with developing and implement learning strategies and programs.

The person

Our ideal candidate will hold will be PGCE qualified, you will have a proven track record of making training come alive! You will be creative, have a meticulous attention to detail and you will possess strong problem-solving skills, with proven leadership capabilities.

We seek to appoint a resilient and focused training professional capable of working collaboratively across the business and wider group, in order to implement good processes and clear management tools.
