About the Role:

Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Halton
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Full-time, long-term placement with the potential for a permanent role
Pay: Competitive, based on experience and qualificationsKey Responsibilities:

Work closely with children with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and complex learning needs
Provide tailored one-to-one or small group support to ensure pupils reach their full potential
Assist the class teacher in creating and delivering engaging lessons and activities
Promote a positive and inclusive environment, supporting pupils' emotional and social developmentWhat We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar SEN role is desirable but not essential

- have previous school experience and be familiar with the SIMS system
- Be a committed professional
- Be an organised, enthusiastic proactive person
-Hold a child workforce enhanced DBS certificate which is on the update service, or be willing to apply for a new one (costs refunded back to you when you complete 20 days work)
-have satisfactory references
-have a CV must that covers the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any gaps in employment must be explained;
- Have the legal right to work in the UK.
