We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a new-build residential development in Aberdeen. This is an 8-month contract with an immediate start.
Requirements:
✔ SMSTS & First Aid certification (essential)
✔ Proven experience managing residential fit-out projects (preferred)
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ Ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and site safety
Key Responsibilities:
? Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure project deadlines are met
? Maintain health & safety standards in line with regulations
? Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
? Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications
