Property Manager – central Cambridge

£28000 - £33000, MARLA preferred

A leading independent lettings and estate agency in Cambridge are looking for an experienced and ideally, MARLA Property Manager to join their busy and friendly team.

You will be joining a team of Property Managers and Negotiators working in a supportive office atmosphere with a real focus on customer service and quality. With a large portfolio across Cambridge and the surrounding towns and villages, you will be helping a wide range of landlords and tenants with property management services.

As Property Manager, you will provide a full management service, liaising with landlords and contractors to organise maintenance and repairs, dealing with property inspections, tenancy renewals, viewings, rent reviews and authorising invoices and work orders. Ensuring properties are let efficiently, well maintained, and managed to a high standard.

We're looking for a well-organised, Property Manager with a can-do approach to customer service, proactive, quality-focused, and someone who naturally just gets things done. Previous experience as a Property Manager looking after a portfolio is essential.

You'll need to know Cambridge and the local area, ideally living in or close to town with good knowledge of the surrounding area.
