Temporary Administrator / Accounts person required - Tower Park based company - free parking on site.
Our client is looking for a confident administrator to join their Finance team. This will be on a temporary contract to start with, but ideally, they are looking for someone who is interested in a position in Finance / Accounts, as they may have a permanent opportunity available.
As the Accounts Administrator, you will be involved in a variety of duties, to include the following:
* Sending out statements
* Issuing copies of invoices or credit notes as required
* Updating internal systems
* Updating account commentary on spreadsheets (training will be provided)
* Adhoc administration duties as and when required, to support a very busy finance department
* Account administration housekeeping - going through invoicing and delivery accounts to ensure they are aligned
* Taking telephone calls and handling queries, into the finance department
* Supporting the team with some credit control duties (training provided)
The ideal candidate will have good administration skills, and ideally have worked in an accounts / finance team previously.
Training will be provided, and whilst this position is temporary to start with, there is also an opportunity for the position to go permanent.
