Our successful client in Bracknell is looking to grow their administration team after steadily gaining new business. This is a fast-paced role, working in a dynamic environment, reviewing and checking incoming documentation and contracts. It will suit someone who thrives with high volumes of work and who is systems savvy.

Job Title: Finance and Contracts Administrator

Location: Bracknell

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 depending on previous experience

Responsibilities:

Processing and validating financial agreement requests accurately and efficiently
Reviewing and verifying documentation, ensuring compliance within company policies and FCA regulatory requirements
Communicating with clients regarding their agreement and supporting with any queries promptly
Coordinating with colleagues to resolve any discrepancies or issues
Maintaining accurate transactional records and client information
Preparing regular reports for internal and external review

Skills and Experience:

Strong administration skills, with a high level of attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A self starter who can manage their own workload successfully
