Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients who are a leading Manufacturer of the machinery they build, you will be working specifically with the electrical department.

Principle Responsibilities for the Project Coordinator :-

* Overseeing and maintaining the work schedule and resources

* Plan teams workload to help meet deadlines

* Communicate with the design, manufacturers and projects team

* Advise on potential delays and deadlines and adjust schedules to suit

* Attend business progress meetings

Person specification:-

* Resource planning experience

* Competenet with all Microsoft packages and willing to learn new systems

* Background for an engineering or electrical company would be a plus

* Highly organised

* Ability to communicate with other departments

This is a part time posistion as a Project Coordinator working 25 hours a week, offering an annual salary of £21,000.
