Acorn by Synergie is looking for experienced Ceramic Tilers on a commercial job in Llanelli, working on a leisure complex doing wet and dry room tiling.

8:00am - 4:30pm

6-8 weeks work

Price work or day rate available

CSCS card and PPE required

Duties

- Measure and cut tiles to fit around obstacles and into corners accurately
- Prepare surfaces for tiling by removing old tiles, grout, adhesives, and repairing any imperfections
- Lay tiles in a uniform manner ensuring they are straight and properly aligned
- Mix and apply grout, sealant, and other adhesives to secure tiles in place
- Work with various tile materials such as ceramic, porcelain, marble, or glass
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met

Experience

- Previous experience as a Tiler is essential
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for cutting and shaping tiles
- Knowledge of different tile materials and their specific installation requirements
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
