Operations Manager – Office-Based – North West – Up to £65,000

We are a leading Retrofit Contractor providing a one-stop solution for social and private landlords, delivering high-quality retrofit projects. We prioritise teamwork, efficiency, and exceptional service, and as we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated Retrofit Operations Manager to oversee and optimise our retrofit project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage retrofit projects within our ECO framework.

* Support homeowners and landlords throughout the delivery process.

* Maintain and enhance client, contractor, and partner relationships.

* Ensure compliance checks and quality assurance of project documentation across multiple PAS 2035 projects.

* Efficiently manage communication with customers to build loyalty and enhance the company’s reputation.

* Review product specifications and construction details for project execution.

* Ensure materials, labour, and operational requirements are submitted in a timely manner to relevant teams.
