Customer Service Advisor
Location: Crewe
Duration: 3 months ongoing
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm
Rate: £12.98 per hour
Key Duties
Processing customer orders (Manual or EDI) in a timely and accurate manner
Providing excellent customer service at all times, retaining good working relationships with all internal and external customers and suppliers
Escalating issues with SMT accordingly, ensuring that all workload is managed effectively
Resolving arising issues in a calm and professional manner, handling all queries effectively
Demonstrating working knowledge of all products and services
Liaising with internal departments to resolve queries
Processing despatches from 3PL’s with ERP accurately and on time
Performing administrative work, including data entry, plotting graphs and extracting important data to make value added improvements
Key Skills Required
Works with excellent customer service, professionalism with a calm approach
Detail-oriented and problem solver
Verbal and written communication Skills
Computer skills, Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems
