Position: Ofsted Deputy Manager
Location: London, UB5
Salary: £18.14 per hour (40 hours) + Sleep-in’s paid at £70.50
Type: Full-Time

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager for a 2-bed EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) home in London. In this role, you will support the Registered Manager in delivering outstanding care to young people in a supportive, structured, and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Registered Manager in the overall operation of the home.
Supervise and support staff in providing high standards of care and support.
Work closely with young people to ensure their individual needs are met and their welfare is promoted.
Ensure that all care plans are implemented and regularly reviewed.
Manage and implement regulatory and safeguarding policies within the home.
Work a variable shift pattern across 7 days, as required.
Key Requirements:

Must hold Level 3 in Residential Childcare.
A valid driving license is strongly preferred.
Ability to work on a flexible shift pattern (no fixed pattern available).
